To ensure smooth communication and coordination, we utilize our website and email channels to communicate the schedule to all current enrollees.

Admission to specific module live tutorials is exclusive to current enrollees of that module. Each module remains current until all prescribed assignments are successfully completed. Throughout the process, individual achievement on assignments is communicated to attendees, providing valuable feedback and recognition of progress.

While we strive to maintain consistency in our schedule, it’s essential to note that adjustments may occur. However, we commit to informing all enrollees of any changes at least one week in advance, allowing you to plan accordingly.

Understanding the Schedule:

• All times indicated are in CAT (Central African Time), which is two hours ahead of GMT.
• The times listed represent the starting time of each session.
• Each tutoring session lasts for two (2) hours, inclusive of dedicated Q&A time.
• Weeks are considered to have five working days, from Monday to Friday. However, on special arrangements, Saturdays and Sundays may also be considered working days.
