Gianni Manis
FPMI has been built on the backbone of more than 40 years’ experience in business management and the construction industry of founder, managing director and principal trainer, Gianni Manis. Through the father daughter duo of Gianni and Anna Manis, the First Training brand has grown to be a reputable and respected name amongst Government departments and private companies in Botswana.
All the courses written by Gianni are a result of his passion to take his consolidated professional skills, matured in managing construction companies, to an educational level. His efforts were focused on creating modularized practical skills and knowledge based training programmes and then sharing them with operators who want to grow to higher levels of productivity and efficiency in the construction industry. His experience and competencies in human resource management, entrepreneurship, information technology, project management, dispute adjudication and general business administration have also proven to be highly valuable to all entities that have engaged First Training.
Professional Accreditations
FPMI is registered and accredited as a training institution and assessment centre by the Botswana Qualification Authority (BQA) and the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) to deliver its courses and assess trainees. Our courses and trainers are also accredited and registered with BQA. The company is also registered with the Public Procurement & Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) and the Economic Diversification Drive (EDD).
